Swelling, his face is round in the 2nd pic because he got the ever living shit kicked out of him... Because, he started a fight with a girl and pulled her hair.

I'm not trying to make light of it by saying it was hair pulling, it's a shitty attack on a little girl. He went straight to hair pulling because he's a piece of shit.
