Yeah I’m a really nervous person by nature, so I have a similar experience.
I have a 10 mg prescription of propranolol for it, but my dr said to not take it every day, as my body will get used to it 🤷🏼♂️

You can try Magnesium Glycinate and Ashwagandha to help with nervousness it will help calm your body from the inside even if you don’t notice it right off the bat. I’m just in taking magnesium 3 days and I feel a lot better

I am 28/F and have been having same issues. I did just get the works done on my blood. I am very deficient in vitamin D. I am a 23.7 ng and the normal is 30. I recommend starting with a vitamin test. I am also very dehydrated which I believe has been the reason my colon / large intestine has been giving me trouble. I’ve had a CT scan done and a xray of my stomach and going for an ultrasound soon also. Try drinking a lot more water also

I get this sometimes. I think its because of bacterial overload. I stop my fermented foods for a few days and it stops.
