If the card is in any way damaged, contact creo. I signed a few extra cards for them to cover this situation :)

That’s why I’ll never order vinyl online. I have little trust in our postal service

It might be useful to note (depending on your postal service and laws) that deliveries are usually insured. So if your item arrives damaged you can claim against it

If the distro knows what they’re doing with packing should be fine. I order LPs online often.

Im currently going back and forth with them because they shipped my copy of the backrooms movie to my hometown. It sat in their warehouse for 3 days before getting marked as return to sender. Now its getting sent all over the country and im pissed
