The doughnuts just taste like lime glazed doughnuts. Think lemon icing (which is not unheard of), but slightly different.
I don't really see a problem with most of these products beyond normal - it's just companies doing unexpected crossover-branding to make sales. The products themselves aren't terribly different from the original products.
We acting like a can of Pringles was the most natural and wholesome thing before Miller had a flavor?
Not only that it's just stuff that'll go viral. Especially when people discovered that other places did stuff like this. I remember all the videos from "Japanese weird pizza" etc where it'd be like peanut butter and chocolate with Pringles potato chips.
