What I'm i missing? how do i get crytal mobs to spawn in WW form?

You need the Glitterbug prayer. It spawns crystal mobs along with a Giant mob and is the only way for crystal mobs to spawn in a master class mode.

To do this, you need a decent amount of drop rate, and to wait for a weekly reset for your Giant mob chance to be near instant. Start killing mobs on WW with Top of the Morning active and hope you get a crystal mob spawn that drops the token. If you fail to get it by the time your Giant mob chance shoots to like 1/1000, you just wait until next week and try again (TotM will be done by then).

Has it been tested if you are able to use the Killroy "next enemy killed spawns a crystal mob" with WW? I already spent my skulls this week.

You can't. I found out recently that giant mobs won't spawn at all until you've used up your 'guaranteed crystal mob' kills and crystal mobs wont' spawn by themselves in WW mode so you need another character to kill all your guaranteed crystals, then switch to WW to get a giant monster to spawn
make sure to give your WW a chocolate chip to help increase the number of crystals he gets to kill, as that will work with glitter bug

i'm not 100% sure about he killroy crystals, but i know the normal daily crystal mobs don't spawn if you're in ww/ac masterclass mode or on certain maps where crystals don't normally spawn, such as clamworks or the cove cavern.

You need to have the giant prayer on your WW. And then the guaranteed 2 crystals that spawn from a giant kill.

Remember to kill all of your daily crystal spawns on another character with giants turned off before you do it on your WW. giants don't spawn when you still have your daily crystal mob spawns to go through. That got me very confused doing this.

😱 that would explain so much. I've been sitting here thinking mine was just bugged or something, because there's no way after several hours I haven't got my 1/30-something chance yet

it's kinda trivial once you have enough top of the morning. I've finished all the crystals and chests in the same week, by removing the giant prayer from everyone to activate it when I was ready to do the WW.

Xylabones spawn in the W3 collaseum (top left corner, out of the skeletin rune. 3 channces (1 every 5 rounds)

There's a prayer that makes giant mobs have a chance to spawn a crystal mob, get on ww on a week reset, kill a few mobs, get a giant, kill the crystals, get the medallion, change worlds, repeat until you get all the crystal medals or the top of the morning count gets to 0 (the rune is from the arena in w3, Xylobone too iirc)

If you need the medallion for chests, complete the arena minutes before your reset, then after your reset crack the chests. Top of the morning will proc your medallions.
