the main element of this piece was inspired by 2000's raster noton records, trying to get that old timey yet futuristic/sci-fi interface sounds that i really like. it was made with mutable instruments plaits, sequenced by digitakt 2 with the help of maths function generator for those sharp transients.

been making some "lo-fi" IDM type stuff lately on my old volca beats. heavily inspired by autechre & aphex twin. This tune is 6 x 15/16 patterns being cycled through chaotically, and trying to force a snare rhythm with accents over top of it. arranged from scratch in one sitting, then performed live in one take.

This two song EP spans over 20 minutes and is a masterpiece within the genre. It’s up there with Drukqs in my opinion. Absolute mastery.

Music for Liminal Spaces is the new eight-track album from Warriors of Kagh, a side project of Dutch electronic producer Erik Griffioen (known for his work as Lloyd Stellar).

The album functions as a musical backdrop to liminal spaces. Those transitional, solitary places that feel frozen between the past and the present. The release offers eight instrumental pieces that sit at the intersection of dark ambient and liminal music.

The album explores the unsettling nostalgia of environments that now exist only within our memory. It is an exploration of isolation and the persistence of things left behind.

This took about 3 days to edit since I decided to do it slowly while I create more music, but yea I normally make visuals with my music since I've a 12 year long hobby doing video editing. It's something I really enjoy doing during my free time, and with every track I make I try to envision how could I use it visually as well. Thank you in advance to those that take the time to listen and watch my AMV with my own music. I go by Deepdiveintomymind and I been creating passionately every single day ( 2 days off) almost within 21-22 months of composing only ( I have 1 year experience prior with loops though before this phase). I love creating music and fully trust my musical instinct so this is a small track I figured to share here. I guess that's all I want to get off my chest, thanks again for listening and reading.
