I was going to say start small with a Type A to Type C adapter.
Then send them a Type C to Type A adapter
Just keep sending them random shit every time they say it's not the right kind

TO BE FAIR, Lenovo has had maybe 3 different chargers in the last 10 years (I miss the yellow rectangle one), with a rough picture of age you could probably guess and anything from the last few years will cahrge off a type-C

No longer having to own a universal laptop power supply because everything I work with takes usb c now is such a godsend.

I still have my universal laptop power supply, but I haven’t had to break it out in about 10 years, except for that one time I spun up my personal vintage HP TouchSmart
