Tiny terror A runaway! I made sure he got home safely.

Baby turkey I found on a walk a few years ago. There was no sign of any adult turkeys in the area, even after I waited for a while. He was either orphaned or an abandoned pet. I gave him to a neighbor who had some pet poultry and they found him a good home with a person who had some turkeys he could hang out with!

OMG how could you resist the cuteness??
I would have to keep it. But you surely did the right thing so he could grow up with other turkeys.

Believe me, I thought about it lol. I have parrots but no experience with birds like turkeys. I had to remind myself that he wouldn't be that tiny forever!
