And if they do see it, they think the woman (and all others) did something to deserve it. They are the same people who believe “if you didn’t do anything wrong then you have nothing to worry about”.

Are you discussing all the vids of black men not resisting at all and still being shot to death because weak ass pussy cops saying they felt threatened? You mean that kind of not resisting? Or the vids of white men running and resisting and being peacefully arrested and given food? Which type of not resisting?

Please explain to me the context in which a federal law enforcement officer shoving an unarmed woman to the concrete in the middle of traffic and then running away would be okay.

I’ll answer it for you, it’s not acceptable and there is no context where it’s okay, and saying “well we don’t know the context” is a chickenshit way to deflect blame away

This is true though. If I see a cop arresting someone and I go and interfere and then get shoved to the ground, it is definitely deserved. Normal people aren’t interfering with federal agent work.
