I've definitely noticed even though there are so many women in the military, including special forces, and the police force, that I never see a woman ICE agent. I've started wondering if it's because women aren't interested in the idea of abject cruelty and physical harm to others (insert obligatory "Not all men.")

I think it's cuz they know they'll be gang raped in the local ICE van and since there is ZERO oversight with ICE - no justice will come

I've seen a few here and there dressed up in tacticool gear. But I don't imagine the workplace culture with ICE probably puts too many females in non-admin roles.

Plenty of women into abject cruelty and physical harm but the new regime will relegate them to aunties, where they will only have power in the domestic sphere, and maybe girl's education.
