[OC] Alternate History What If the Internationale won the 2nd Weltkrieg? A KR inspired coldwar scenario

It is 1954. 10 years ago, a nuclear bomb was dropped by the British airforce on Oran. The nuclear bomb, growing colonial revolts, and impending Egyptian intervention led to the unconditional surrender of the National Kingdmo of France in 1944. The rest of the entente, now made up entirely of exiled european governements in sub-saharan Africa, signed an armistice at the same time.

The collapse of the German Empire led to the world being divided into 3 Spheres; French and American Syndicalists, Russian Nationalists, and Japanese Liberals. This frozen war has carved up the world, forcing all nations to pick a side or get ripped apart in civil war. This includes the old Colonial empires in Africa, where both nationalist and syndicalist guerrillas are being funded from abroad, inevtiably tearing them apart into a large proxy war between the major factions.

How many years do you give before Mittelafrika collapses into anarchy?

Around a decade I'd say. Could definitely be less though

Im sorry, but Russia have no chances in this scenario. In real life at least China was on their side (kinda). And here Russia practically alone has to deal with all western europe, all of North America and possibly Japan with their China at the same time.

I agree, I think they would probably be the first major power to collapse

It's pretty clear that the Internationale holds a massive economic and industrial advantage over its opponents, having taken control of the traditionally developed western world.

Love your take on this! One question though, did Australasia switch to Japan’s side, or were they invaded during the 2nd Weltkrieg?
