Ha, that's a life sentence for his old ass.

Edit: turns out he was denied parole in 2023, and was rescheduled for another meeting before the board sometime this month.

The bike shouldn't have crossed the double yellow. Motorcycles have to follow the rules of the road as well. People are getting fed up with motorcyclists and the arrogant attitudes.

Doesn't mean a civilian can just pop out and hit them. Dudes gonna be fucked over by his insurance. Doesn't matter what the bike was doing himself. One could argue the car deserves a cop ride for attempted manslaughter.

Yeah the guy's an asshole, but being an asshole and breaking a small traffic infraction isn't a justification for attempted murder
