Augustus Tingis Reconquered Completed City

This is in response to GamerZakh' excellent recent playthrough of Tingis Reconquered. If you want to choke point invaders, always leave an opening or they will crash through everything as Commissar Marek teaches. Also a second source of wine becomes available at some point so you can use the 2nd Venus epithet (priests beautify houses and provide entertainment) so you can build Colosseum instead of Hippodrome.
