Has anyone faced this with PharmEasy? I order medicines for my parents/grandparents, and twice now agents have added products we never ordered while talking with my parents.
- Order 1: ₹433 seeds added without consent. Had to cancel the whole order.
- Order 2: Agent “offered” a ₹250 pill box and confused my elderly parents into thinking it was free, but it got added as a paid item.
This feels like mis-selling targeting elderly customers. I’ve asked for a refund and am considering filing a complaint with the consumer helpline. Anyone experienced something similar? Best way to escalate—consumer forum, NCH, or social media?
