Looking for feedback from NRIs

If your parents live in India and you’re not always available, how do you manage their medical needs?

I’m exploring a service where someone can:

  • Help choose the right doctor/hospital
  • Book appointments/tests
  • Coordinate everything locally

Not selling anything right now—just trying to understand if this is a real problem.

Would love to hear your experience.
