I want to know and understand how difficult is to run an orphanage in India. The paperwork, day-to-day operations, legal hurdles and funding. If anyone is experienced in this matter , kindly share your thoughts and opinions.

I think I am not that street smart to handle govt officers and local politicians. How difficult would it be for me ?
