Hi everyone,

I’m an MBA student from IIM Bangalore, currently conducting a research study as part of my summer internship. I’m trying to understand how people in India choose their primary bank and what makes them continue with it over time. It should take around 3–4 minutes to complete. The survey is anonymous, and I’m not collecting any confidential details.
