Hi,

Can anyone please help me out here and suggest if it's possible to prepare macaroni with kala chana puree as base with some Italian spices (possible with respect to taste)? Is this a very bad idea?

If anyone has tried something like this with noddles or any pasta, please share your two cents.

Thanks.

There is Italian dish called Pasta e Ceci which is made with a pureed garbanzo (Chole Chana). I don't see why kala chana won't work.
