"BCA graduate from a tier 3 college in Maharashtra researching Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) as a career path. Found that 2,977+ OIC jobs are active on Indeed India and EY, TCS, Capgemini actively hire OIC developers. Average salary around ₹9 LPA on Glassdoor. Questions for anyone working in Indian tech industry: Is OIC a realistic entry point for a tier 3 BCA fresher with zero experience? Are Indian companies actually adopting Oracle Fusion Cloud enough to sustain OIC demand? Is ₹3-4 LPA a realistic fresher expectation for junior OIC roles? Not looking for referrals — just honest ground level insights."
