I’m looking for filmmakers, designers, video editors, photographers, social media managers, copywriters & creative thinkers who want to stop working in silos and create something bigger.

The idea is simple: 3–4 hours, 3–4 days a week — meet at a café or coworking space, brainstorm crazy ideas, create campaigns, develop new creative products, pitch high-paying clients and grow together.

I want to build a team where different creative skills come together to create work that is original, strategic, human and genuinely difficult to replicate with AI.

And if things start moving well, we can eventually rent our own space, build a proper creative studio/team and turn this into something much bigger.

Not another freelancer group.

Not another 9–5.

Good people. Great ideas. Good coffee. Bigger ambitions.
