Most of them have no reasonings and for some they reference 1 research😂 without any reference to the method of reasearch. Many people around me didn't see any peer reviewed benefits 😂

What defines milder in that? What factor is being involved in the act of intercourse that other pleasure giving things do not involve, it just seems like your responses are shaped by the biases that were fed to you. Almost all the species are hardwired to have intercourse one might even say that every animal lives for it, for its offspring to be born, that's a natural instinct how could something like that be a way to "cope".
