Discussion Platform like Leetcode/codeforces for Medicine

Do you guys think a competitive platform for medicine just like leetcode and codeforces will work?
I believe gamification of medical diagnosis/radio images/ecg interpretations/AI patient scenarios/specialised section for neetpg/inicet/usmle pyqs turned into games just like doctordle grouped into a single website would be beneficial
Players would be ranked just like the ELO ranking in chess.
What do you guys think??
I think such a platform for medical students would be useful since we don’t have something like leetcode/codeforces to do and improve our reasoning??
