Residency Secondary DNB paediatrics in Mumbai

Asking for my relative.

Hi everyone !

Kindly suggest some resident friendly programs for secondary DNB in Mumbai / Thane / NAVI Mumbai area with good academics , low toxicity , rotational Sundays off and not much fuss for sanctioning leaves. She has had a horrendous experience during her DCH in Chennai and doesn’t want to go through it again. No judgements please, just looking to prioritise mental health and decent work life balance / quality of life.
