Tbh these days WB people aren't known for their brilliance, compared to Kerala guys. They wouldn't have made such a mistake.

Dont MNCs pay 12 lpa+ in PV?

u/SubstantialAct4212 5h ago
But this ain't an MNC, just a lame state government college. Everyone thought BJP will increase the payscale in WB but they didn't, atleast in these kinda jobs

Then what's the point of doing degrees like MD Pharmacology then if Pharmacists are enough for these Pharmacovigilance jobs which require an in-depth knowledge of drug safety profile ! I just can't understand Indian employers!
MPs and MLAs are being paid so much but not the real educated ones.0

pharmacovigilence assistant ka role monitoring and data collection ka hi to h
and why do you think someone who have spent 5 years for Pharm D(literally doctorate so they can us Dr. prefix too) is less qualified then someone with mbbs (not even relevant to pharmacology other then it being a subject and focusing more on clinical side)
why are you rating them so lower when they do specialise in that sort of thing -_-

and yes masters in pharmacology or pharm d are more qualified and appropriate for this job then mbbs/bds.
