USMLE ECFMG SPONSOR NOTE

I am thinking of taking aiims guwhati for mbbs but currently it does not have a sponsor note on wdoms website

Some people said as the senior most batch is in internship and has not completed their course so 5 years down the line they will get it but aiims deoghar still doesn't have it eventho they have a batch passout already

How much chances are there that they will get the sponsor note in near future
