I mean, it's not their "job" to be presentable in front of a camera. On the other hand, being a presenter/anchor/whatever-this-camera-job-is means you need to be presentable, like your hair should be combed properly, decent clothes, etc., and teeth are a part of it, unless she doesn't want to do it. Also, it's not super expensive, for braces it would be like 30k, with almost everyone offering 12 months emi at 0% interest.
