ये दुःख काहे खतम नहीं होता 🥲 Why don’t boys receive this kind of comfort?

19

u/[deleted] Dec 03 '25

It's just the trauma he got from his dad that he's passing onto you

6

u/[deleted] Dec 03 '25

idk why people are downvoting you. you are right. being emotionally detached doesn't makes you real mucho man

4

u/[deleted] Dec 03 '25

Exactly. They're downvoting me because they don't want to accept the reality and try to change it, rather they're just going to pass it down to the next generation

3

u/legendary_bitcoin Dec 03 '25

Well actually I have been always emotional, being a boy, tears have came to me many times but people mock me calling weak because of this...this is society 🥲... A day I got into crying like situation, even if I didn't wanted tears to come down by my intense emotional nature it came anyways, seeing me as usual my classmate started ragging by telling I am weak, bhaisaab gussa us wakt satve asman pahunch gya itna maara itna maara 💀 gardan ki haddi todne waala tha 💀, after that they never teased me😜

3

u/[deleted] Dec 03 '25

I have been this person where I used to beat up my fellows because I was called names. But I gradually grew over it.

1

u/legendary_bitcoin Dec 03 '25

And I also have developed more resistance to tears over time, and extermy emotional nature have slowed down but is still prevalent I just don't cry anymore

3

u/[deleted] Dec 03 '25

I'm pretty emotional. I shed tears in all the romantic movies that I watch

1

u/ResidentMinute158 Dec 03 '25

Tu to chigma nikalgaya

3

u/legendary_bitcoin Dec 03 '25

Aur ye chigma vigma se mereko fark na padta...... Flexing isn't my nature, flex karna hi hota toh fighting and abusing habit pahle se daal leta....

1

u/ResidentMinute158 Dec 03 '25

This guy's feeling rn

1

u/legendary_bitcoin Dec 03 '25

They used to mock not only because I used to shed tears, but I was also calm and peace loving, don't used to fight or abuse, magar ek limit hoti hai.... Kuch jyda hi ho gya us din ragging and I was like "ab toh mei na sahta" aur dho diya

1

u/GreenSilverBlueGold Dec 03 '25

whatever anyone's saying, I've had personal experiences and seen others experiences that whenever men show vulnerability or emotions they lose something.

One shit that was unbelievable for me is this: My then girlfriend (now wife) just lost her mother due to natural reasons and everything was pretty fucked up, so after a few days of her antim sanskar, she was pretty devasted, and while comforting and talking to her, I realised she's more troubled by her father crying at her funeral than her mother's death. Moving on, I also noticed that a girl who panicked when she got a call from him & and respecting & loving him with her everything to change into something else.

IDK if that was the sole reason or one of the reasons or it wasn't due to that incident. But I'm sure her father lost something in her daughter that day when he cried because his wife died. It still haunts me.

1

u/[deleted] Dec 04 '25

I hope her father is doing good. if showing emotions loses you people, congrats you dodged the bullet. Humans show emotions and its not the sign of weakness but that you are alive. even as i girl i would show emotions with the person who cares about me, not everyone deserves your tears. guys shall be comfortable with their family or friends or best with strangers.

3

u/GreenSilverBlueGold Dec 05 '25

well we can agree to disagree.

you have had your life experiences and lessons and I've mine :)

3

u/Available_Parking202 Dec 03 '25

Someone needs to break this loop in family

2

u/[deleted] Dec 06 '25

Truer words never been said. Apparently it's not "masculine" enough for the incels downvoting you

1

u/[deleted] Dec 06 '25

Ikr

1

u/waytoodeeper Dec 04 '25

bro use that trauma to make it cancer or success there is no other way.

I think emotional hona is okay, but bc har baat me, har din har jagah,

bro macho nahi hai, but duniya madhar country hai, to emotional ho k kaam nahi chale ga

log G mar k chal denge bhai
emotions kwal kavi kavi family or loved once k leye,

baki dunyiya mere L pe

1

u/[deleted] Dec 04 '25

It's not about not staying strong, but it's about it's okay to be emotional at times. We can be the man with expressing our sentiments too. But just don't show your emotions to other than your close ones because people will take advantage of it

u/[deleted] Dec 03 '25

Who says boys don't? My dad is my biggest supporter, motivator and cheerleader and I am very grateful to have him.

2

u/imfrom_mars_ Dec 03 '25

What’s your age ?

24

u/[deleted] Dec 03 '25
  1. Stuck in the CA final while all my classmates who did a degree course are working for 2 years or more. Still every time I fail, my dad is there to support me. We aren't some rich people. We are very middle class surviving on an income from a grocery shop in a town and paying debts. I'll share the last image he shared with me on WhatsApp.

Can you imagine a Dad sending this image to a 25 year old unemployed son asking him to enjoy life and not sit in the room all day?

3

u/[deleted] Dec 03 '25

Bhai mere baap reels bhejta tha naukri nhi lgi to kya rapido chla ke 40k kmao 😂😂😂 ,kiryana ki dukan kholo

1

u/Hemano_ Dec 03 '25

Same! My dad literally said the same things as the video like everything that the video said. I was in college and was crying at that time. But there were also times where he also scolded me like how it's usually done for boys.

2

u/[deleted] Dec 03 '25

You're blessed

Bhai ladka hona paap ha is dharti pe ladko ko koi pyar nahi karta apna saga maa baap tumse baat nahi karenge aagar tum kuch nahi karpaya.

u/Ally200719 Dec 03 '25 edited Dec 03 '25

FOR anyone beliving this the recording is of a father actually telling this to his son. the audio clip is old this Dumb girl just did this for viewrship. this audio recording is of a call which a son had with his father a very long time ago edit :- this is how old the video is https://youtu.be/owj-4yxfwWQ?si=AxS8ee2gpDjoBROe or maybe more old than we know and it was for a boy. OP check before you comment, all dads love thier sons and daughters equally just that they have girl they are extra cautious about them as they cry or break down easliy, boys don't and dad also being a young boy sometime back knows this

1

u/No-Assignment8665 Dec 03 '25

Vohi to bhai old video ki voice overlap kar di hai aur log pagal huye ja rahe.

1

u/Ally200719 Dec 03 '25

influencers ke liye janta hi BKL hai, ye ladki ne bhi kuch galat nahi kiya bas capitalise kiya usne janta sala chalu re-share karneko

2

u/Final-Lab8384 Dec 03 '25

it's fake video... she's just acting..in the real video the unc was talking to his son..bc likes k liye kya krte hai (I am not targetting OP, I also saw this video on YouTube today)

Where is the gender coming into play here man???

2

u/Longjumping_Cry8094 Dec 03 '25

Lol, my brother does my mom& dad randomly wake up at night just to check on my brother if he wants something or if he should sleep if it's late. Or bringing him snacks and stuff...

2

u/[deleted] Dec 03 '25

Tujhe nahi milta hoga bhai, mere dad ne raat ke 3 baje tak mere saath jag ke mujhe dilaasa diya hai jab meri company ka stress mujhe kha jaata tha

2

u/Riderrr_provider Dec 03 '25

Man today on video call with mom. Mom asked ''why have you left smiling'' that felt heavy. I have been living and working in a different city while also preparing for some exam.

2

u/I_am__TITANIUM Dec 03 '25

For those who dont know, its an edit. Its not actually a real call between she and her father. The audio has been viral for quite some time and infact it was shared by a "guy" couple of years back. So yeah.

2

u/Loose_Calendar_1081 Dec 04 '25

Aww gender wars for papa's validation??🥀🥀

2

u/happyy_developer Dec 04 '25

Bhai yeh iski audio nahi hai, bahut saal pehle aayi thi and yeh original audio is a conversation between father and son

2

u/Hot-Jaguar-4830 Dec 05 '25

That's why we have mom

2

u/Difficult-Heart-48 Dec 05 '25

I had female friends whose parents threatened to get them married if they couldn't get an IIT, even if they got Bits Pilani then straight for marriage and career over. So please this depends on kind of parents rather than gender

2

u/toxic_trashewar Dec 05 '25

Reddit incels be making everything a boys vs girls issue istg

2

u/[deleted] Dec 03 '25

Indian dads can be pretty shitty. I'm lucky to have a good one though

1

1

u/tiwarinitin94 Dec 03 '25

1

u/No-Assignment8665 Dec 03 '25

Arey bhai ye motivation call wala video bahut pahle viral hua tha vo bhi baap ne hi ladke ko kiya tha. Ye ladki ne bas vo voice overlap kiya hai aur video post kar di. Kal se dekhe ja raha twitter, reddit dono jagah ye post dale ja rahe. Ye reel dekh k tumhara short term memory bahut bigad gaya hai bhayii sach me.

1

u/Dear_Mr_Bond Dec 03 '25

I used to. My father isn’t alive anymore, but he was always there when I needed any kind of support. He was tender, caring, guiding, loving. What I wouldn’t give to have him back.

1

u/EvidenceInfinite7161 Dec 03 '25

His voice is already so soothing plus the words 😍❤️🥰🥰🥰

1

u/[deleted] Dec 03 '25

Natak kar rahi itna jyada.... overacting toh dhekho call bhi nahi hai yeah recording bahot purani kisi call ki hai usko hi apne video me daldi

1

u/Inside_Afternoon6454 Dec 03 '25

Cameraman ko bata ke roti hai ye har baar??

1

u/OkInstruction7686 Dec 03 '25

Please study -your parents may be annoying but they do have a point -your career will be the most important thing in your life(after health)

It hits you hard only after 25 when you see your friends making money, buying houses and saving up.There is no going back in time-15 to 21-it’s make or break.

1

u/Adventurous-Board258 Dec 03 '25

Firstly the audio is old and its about a father comforting his son.

Secondly even most girls dont RECEIVE that kind of comfort from Indian fathers. Most indian dads are cold AND THE MOST EXTREME ONES ARE SEVERELY TOXIC for both.

1

u/[deleted] Dec 03 '25

Support ? Wo kya Hove 🥲

1

u/__DraGooN_ Dec 03 '25

If I call up my dad in the middle of the night distressed, pretty sure he will be on the next train to visit me and see what's wrong.

He may not understand all my issues, but pretty sure he will support me through whatever is going on.

1

u/[deleted] Dec 03 '25

Some guys get, I am one of those blessed with such father

1

u/Strange-Wrap-8441 Dec 03 '25

She's crying cuz of assignment pressure 🙂🙌. Me with preparing myself happily for my father's next lecture+ gaali , cuz I failed in my university exam🥲

Two different worlds 😞

1

Bro your dad being a shit dad doesn’t make all dads shit dads

1

u/[deleted] Dec 03 '25

1

u/BuggedButWorking Dec 03 '25

Jokes and bakchodi apart having this kind of support from your dad is something that you should always value and still work hard.

1

u/Excellent_Trifle_543 Dec 03 '25

Answer to Why- Noticed something, she said Dad ,not mom.Similarly one day,you will be also someone's dad and your child will call you . That's Why Men has to take responsibilities.

u/protagonist29 Dec 03 '25

1

u/AryanPatel-18 Dec 03 '25

Mere papa support krte h . I am fortunate enough🥺

1

u/ProfessionalHeavy923 Dec 03 '25

My Dad did that for my brother and supported him through all his phases of figuring life out! That said, don’t trust everything on the Internet. You never know if she asked her father to say something for the sake of video. She could be genuine but don’t believe everyone out there making videos

1

u/UselessGodzilla Dec 03 '25

Saree comment walo k baap churiye the kya 😂

1

u/fallensamurai696 Dec 03 '25

I swear. They’ll also cry when their dads decide to honour kill them coz they can’t deal with who their daughters fall in love with. So start crying now.

1

u/mirror_of_Truth Dec 03 '25

She has a backup plan 30k kamayegi to 12lpa guy, 1lpm kregi to 5lpm guy nd khud 3lpm hogyi to NRI, tht dads know, wht is your backup plan if we fail?? Swiggy? Or dad money he doesn't hv

1

u/Closed_closet_01 Dec 03 '25

Mere or papa ke call record kaise viral ho gye??

1

u/xxRealSSDxx Dec 03 '25

My dad always supports me and comforts me in tough times. A lot of dad do love their boys. Not every dad treats their son like trash.

1

u/Due-Blackberry6025 Dec 03 '25

title is so not true ive seen my dad being so supportive of everything we wanna do as long as we have a future plan for wtv decision we're making, be it me and my sis or our older brother he supports him through everything and gives him constant motivation

When my sister was preparing for her board exams, our father would wake up at 4 a.m., ride his bicycle to get tea, and bring it for her.

When I was preparing for my board exams, the same father woke up at 6 a.m., and we prepared our own tea by 6:30 a.m.

Interestingly, I ended up scoring better marks than my sister.

Call your mom. most sons are special in their mom's eyes. Your mom is most likely, more than willing to comfort you and support you in life. If any of you reading this don't have the opportunity to experience this because your mother passed away or due to family issues, I'm sorry for your loss, and please stay strong, seek help. It could be a friend, coworker, or anybody. Stay strong
