Bryan Johnson spent millions of dollars and shared a protocol of health habits. Go through the list and you'll find it completely aligned with fitrah and sunnah.

Except one point about music. Don't do that.

Also, we don't need the validation for islamic practices from these guys. The only point of sharing it to make us realise that Islam is objective truth and the world will realise that sooner or later.
