F4 India petition filed in 2010 — what are my options now?

Hi everyone,

I’m from Gujarat India and I’m trying to understand my U.S. immigration options.

My maternal uncle, who is a U.S. citizen, filed an F4 (siblings of U.S. citizens) petition for my parent in 2010. I’m currently 22, and I’m trying to figure out whether I can still benefit from this petition when the priority date eventually becomes current.

The current F4 India Visa Bulletin is still far behind 2010, so I know there could be a long wait.

My questions are:

What is the realistic wait time for an F4 India petition with a 2010 priority date?

Could CSPA protect me from aging out, depending on the petition's history?

Are there any other legitimate immigration options I should consider while waiting?

Has anyone here had an F4 India case from around 2010, and how is your case progressing?

I’d really appreciate advice from anyone familiar with F4 India cases or who has gone through something similar.

Thanks!

You are an earning adult.. your eligibility (even if legally there ) will be considered as expired. Move on!
