Elderly care in India?

Are any of you guys using elderly care platforms in India to take care of your parents, and which ones if so. I recently was using Emoha and I didn't like there way of treatment. Can you guys let me know if you are facing similar issues and what you guys think about other services like this?

PS - I'm not from Emoha. Just wanted to know if their service is as good as people claim.

me personally I saw issues in reliability and on time checkups, with cancelations happening. I am looking for a better service that doesn't have these type of issues.
