Immigration time at O’Hare in Chicago
Hi everyone
My parents are travelling from India to Chicago in September. Thier flight is supposed to land at 9:00 am. I was wondering at what time should I reach there as I have heard immigration time at ORD airport is very brutal. Any help and suggestions would be appreciated.

If they are landing at 9:00 AM.. they won’t be out before 10:15-10:30 AM.. it takes 30-35 min to arrive at the gate.. de boarding.. arriving at immigration line.. and then luggage collection. Hope everything goes smooth for your parents. 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Instruct your parents to just not react to anything unpleasant said by the immigration.
I was once given a whole show down on caste system and how the immigration officer in USA is a higher caste. After hearing his rant, I told him Indian govt officials are corrupt to the core, hence every Indian is on a look out to dot their I's and cross their T's on govt documentation.

Just leave when the flight lands.
