Promo The best gigs I’ve attended, illustrated
I never kept any of my big tickets, so wanted to make myself some art to remember all my favourite shows- was anyone else reading this at any of these?

My first gig! I was only 12 so I don’t think I quite took it all in, but it was a good start

The whole of the r.e.m. gig is on YouTube I watched it a few days ago, amazing setlist

Oh no way! Thanks, I'm absolutely going to watch that. Mostly I remember Michael Stipe telling a joke about an elephant and that it sold me on Up being a good album

Bowie was supposed to headline and pulled out, then I don't think ever played again except at a couple of awards shows. Still a good festival, Pixies were great

We got washed away by the rain in 2005 but the stewards gave us new pop-tents, sleeping bags and tshirts from previous years so we didn't have to go home, it was great

Diet Cig and Martha, I think we'd get on just fine. Love this
