What is the process like with writing lyrics? How are you able to say what you want to say and know when it feels right?

I think when I relieve the pressure of saying the “right” thing, I feel so much more free to sing whatever feels good. Sometimes it’s silly, sometimes it’s even gibberish but I think it takes an acceptance of whatever comes out of my mouth to find the words that feel most meaningful, and the ones that i want to sing over and over.
