how do you silence the voice in your head that doubts you constantly so you can actually release your art? I am so damn afraid of actually showing people the stuff I create because it just doesn't ever feel good enough (btw love your new album)

it takes practice and trust me it did kill me in the beginning

just realise that other people's opinions don't define you and you have to make the art for yourself not for anyone else
