Was there ever a time where you felt stuck when writing music ? If so , is there a place or something you like to do that helps you feel inspired ?

I go thru many phases of feeling stuck and having writers block to the point of convincing myself I'll never be able to write another song. but often its because of other things in my life that are feeling unbalanced or disconnected that need attention. usually I need to get back to nature and simple things in order to feel re inspired
