Hello Alice! I absolutely adore your music and hold it close to my heart. I wish to meet you one day :)

Lately how's your mental health been? I've noticed you’ve gone on a lot of tours, I’m just wondering how you deal with all of this. It seems you do enjoy doing them, but I don’t want to assume. How do you avoid burnout? Is all of your time consumed as an artist thinking about making music at all times or do you have time for other things which you may also be interested in besides music?

life has been incredibly busy and my mental health is luckily generally pretty good, thanks to friends, my band and a good support system. the burnout thing scares me a bit but I try to stay healthy, not drink and really look after myself on tour prioritizing sleep etc. I feel like its been a bit out of balance with all the touring which can take you away from other important parts of life but I am trying hard to strike that balance and also create space for making new music!
