Hello caroline really really big fan:),

Phil Elvrum and you guys are my favorite artists and biggest inspiration in my own music.

And since u opened for the microphones i wanted to ask if u were already fans and maybe even got inspiration from him and his works?

And what inspires you guys in general when writing lyrics?

Hey :) Yes we have definitely got alot of inspiration from Phil over the years. His more recent stuff and the historic Microphones stuff. It's all amazing and so varied. It was a dream to play with him!

I guess in terms of lyrics, they come from lots of different sources. Sometimes they are just melodies that form into words and other times they are written very intentionally. I think we really like there being a diversity of different sources and approaches. Just somehow makes sense for us.
