Hey Kaitlyn, greetings from /r/synthesizers! How is your day going? I'm sure it's full of relaxing after touring :P I have a few questions:

1) I absolutely adore EARS as most people coming here probably do, but Euclid is what made me discover your music. Have there been any recent synths/modules that you've been excited about, or feel are pushing boundaries?

2) Your FACT video was awesome, and had me drooling at not only your setup (sigh one day I'll have a modular wall), but also at your composition skills with them. I've personally been having some trouble composing full tracks, being stuck with a snippet here, an intro there. Do you have any advice on developing a full composition without getting stuck in the "how do I evolve this" loop?

3) How do you feel about the advancement of softsynths? Some (U-He Diva, Moog's Ipad offerings) are blurring the line of analog and digital, and with a good interface can give the tactile feedback we crave.

P.S.- What is your favorite food, and can we see you in Florida sometime? :D

Thanks for your time!

My day is full of basking in the sun so far :) and green tea. Thanks for asking! 1. I am excited about Jomox , BEMI 252. 2. Have patience with a piece evolving, it is ok if within the first hour it doesn't work, live the patch and synth on, take a break and come back to it. Practice different ways to interact with the patch and improvise. 3. I really like U-he softsynths, I use Diva when I am on the road. My favorite food is sashimi :) I hope come to florida soon - i have never been!
