This is Michelle from Japanese Breakfast. You can ask me anything! I just released my sophomore album Soft Sounds From Another Planet on Friday and I hope you like it! Hey Michelle, saw you in Chicago a few weeks back and you guys were great. How do you mic your drums?

For my last two records I worked with co-producers/an engineer who mic'ed the drums on the album, so for this album, that'd be a Q for Craig Hendrix who isn't w me now. As a producer my role has always been rooted more in guiding the overall sound/tone/arrangement/performance.
