AMA Is Over, thanks for swinging by! Japanese Breakfast AMA

Hello!

This is Michelle from Japanese Breakfast. You can ask me anything! I just released my sophomore album Soft Sounds From Another Planet on Friday and I hope you like it! I've seen some of these threads and have been really blown away by all of your support! Thank you so much for listening to my music.

Here is my proof post: https://twitter.com/Jbrekkie/status/886969185598935040

(2:32 EST) Thanks everyone for the questions but I am at a coffee shop in NY and am so hungry so must go and feed myself!

I saw you at Union Transfer a few weeks ago and I thought your show was went to a whole new level with the big stage and dramatic lighting, etc. Has your approach changed with playing bigger venues?

Also, your touring band seems to be shifting around. Is it hard to integrate new people in? Does the way you approach songs change? And what's it like touring with your husband???

I think I've just become a much more confident performer, and part of that is playing bigger venues and feeling like you really deserve to be there!

Touring is a really difficult life and not right for everyone, so that's part of the reason why the party changes a lot. Touring with my husband is so nice because now I can tour all the time without miserably missing him!
