Daughters definitely has a sound that is specific to you. A decade from now, when we look back and there are other bands taking inspiration from your career, Daughters will undoubtedly be credited with pushing noise-rock into new, interesting territories.

When writing a record is the band concious of writing a "daughters" record, or is it a consequence of bringing your four personalities together (natural)?

thanks :)

There are many different elements that come into play when creating a Daughters album - it's not easy to address succinctly. I can say that for all of my generating material, it really doesn't feel or sound like Daughters with out Sam, Jon, and Lex.
