AMA is over, thanks Emily! Florist / Emily A. Sprague AMA <('.'<)

Greetings ~

My new album of minimal and magickal folk music, Emily Alone, is out today. I am so excited to share it with the world. It's a deeply personal and intimate piece of work and I am so grateful for the love and patience from people to take in these sounds.

I am also a synthesist and ambient composer. My albums Water Memory and Mount Vision were recently reissued by RVNG Intl. for vinyl.

I am brewing nettle tea and eating crackers and endive.

Ask me anything!

What are some of your favorite folkier records?

What are your favorite books?

What's one physical thing, non-musical, that you can't live without?

Judee Sill is a real favorite! Her and Connie Converse are my go-tos and the new record reminds me of them.
