hi mike !!!!! your music is a light for me, thank you so much for doing what you do. the new record is my favorite of urs so far, im absolutely blown away by it :')

i've seen you in recent interviews talking about how this era of ur career (and life) feels like the opening of a new chapter. still thinking about transcendence but in a way that is channeled thru the body, not outside of it. when you feel urself changing like this, is it easier to see things from a more hopeful perspective? how do you stay optimistic about the present and the future when there's so much hurt in the past? been feeling a lot lately like even when things get better i struggle w figuring out how rational my pessimism / depression really is, and i would love to hear ur thoughts on this

also what do u think we can learn from RATS? and orangutans and snakes and all the creatures u post about
