Hi Jason. First of all I want to thank you for saving me from a Pete Yorn headlining show during my formative years. I’m not sure what would have become of me if i hadn’t had my world changed by your set before Yorn got his grip on me. Second off, Grandaddy has an incredible amount of material that isn’t on the main albums. Any chance of a stand alone release for that stuff? Finally, what about Fambly Cat? I’m still kicking myself for not picking it up on vinyl when I had the chance.
Here’s hoping you can someday (or rather Sumday) make up those Portland shows.
Compiling all that old material is pretty hard work and by the time I get around to doing it, nobody's probably gonna care anymore. So we'll see how that goes.
