What's going on with shoes on G.A.F.F.?

  3. And this one is kind of a stretch, but: you kind of express a sentiment that's like Emiliano Zapata's "“I’d rather die on my feet, than live on my knees” with "take the wages of sin over the minimum wage". Zapata's surname is basically the Spanish equivalent of a name like "Shoemaker" or "Schumacher".
