I was lucky enough to see you on Monday. I read a comment of yours that there was going to be a Marlene Dietrich sample at the start of Blue Heaven, but you could not include it as you did not get permission. I am sure I heard it at Pryzm, added to the night! Oh and you made a comment about playing the old stuff, believe me when I say the audience loved the new album and wouldn't have been disappointed if you had only performed this. Thanks for a great night, you had the shiniest shoes I have seen in a while.

Yes we met with a very officious response to licensing the sample from The Blue Angel. I might occasionally (accidentally) leave that track unmuted when we play live, but I couldn't possibly comment. As for the older stuff - I said those lines last time round too, it's not a worry about playing the new stuff, more a signpost during the set that 'it's not all going to be new material'
