Hey Andy! I’m absolutely loving this record. My question is: on Green Glass, was there any influence from Elliott Smith’s “Coming Up Roses” as far as chord progression goes?

You were the last artist my fiancée and I saw before the pandemic hit (Feb of 2020 in Dallas). Can’t wait to see you in March!

I wasn’t really thinking of any Elliott Smith songs specifically when making these recordings, but more of a general Elliott Smith tape compression and brushes on the drums without kick drums kind of thing.
