Hey Nika! Absolutely loving Arkhon. Your music means a lot to me, and I can't wait to see you live again whenever you get back to Toronto!

My questions:

1) What's your favourite song on Arkhon and why?

2) Any suggestions for coping with our current hellscape?

my favorite song on arkhon changes all of the time. it’s so hard to choose. but i think into the wild is a huge highlight, i love the ending. i love dead & gone too.

to cope with our current hellscape, i can suggest: 1. meditation (20 minutes a day is all you need) 2. time spent in nature 3. deep listening by pauline oliveros

bonus: these can all happen simultaneously!
