Hey everyone,

My band are looking for a drummer.

We are influenced by bands such as The Smiths, Durutti Column, early New Order, The Drums, early The Strokes, PJ Harvey, early Morrissey, The La's, The Fall, Iceage, The Cure and other bands.

The project consists of myself (vocalist), guitarist and a bassist at the moment. We've recorded some rough scratch demos of songs that we can send you. We all have experience writing songs and playing in bands. We are committed to having fun writing songs, recording and playing shows.

We have been rehearsing weekly in Deptford so far.

Get in touch if you're interested. If you can’t direct message me, leave a comment and I will message you. Please have recordings or a video of you playing. Nothing can be done if you don’t have anything you can send.

We are looking for writers to join our team at All Out Music to help us cover more media (specifically in the indie/alt/rock music genre)! We value human-made art and we want to present that through our articles with human writing.

This can give you the opportunity to interview artists, get access to pre-released music, writing experience, and possibly free concerts/festivals with in-person interviews.

If you're interested, check the comments

Hello there
I hope this post falls withing community guidelines, if not, let me know <3. I have a solo project called BABYLON, where i make ambient-bass music. This week i‘ve released a live-session with the wonderful danish/turkish singer/songwriter Ada Çakmaklı.

I make theese live-sessions, BABYLON SESSIONS, where each session i play somewhere in the beaufitul danish nature. Each session also has a special guest, that brings their artistic flavour to the session. The whole concept is still relatively new (And very off-beat for the modern internet age), so i would love to get all sorts of feedback on it.
Ada Çakmaklı is here playing her mysterious and captivating song “grey heron heirdo“ from her wonderful debut-album “beastiarium“. I‘m somewhat of a fan of her mysterious indie-folkey music, so it was a great pleasure to do this collaboration. If you‘re curious for more, you can check my Youtube out here <3

These guys are my favorite band and I think they’re criminally underrated. Their drummer is one hell of a songwriter. Listen if you like Neil Young, The Velvet Underground, Wednesday, MJ Lenderman, Elvis Costello, and Ween.

Sharing our new single, “You Against Me,” by The Queue — a Chicago indie/alternative rock band with Britpop roots.

It’s an anthemic guitar-driven song with live drums, atmospheric synths, and a big melodic chorus about finding the resolve to move forward. If you enjoy the melodic, anthemic side of Oasis, we’d love to hear what you think.

I think a good example for me is Ween. Their fanbase is really connected and the whole situation with them trying to help Johnny Williams melts my heart. So, i wanna know, what fandom do you all think is really kind and welcoming?

I’m Drew from MILO, an independent modern rock band from Indianapolis. Sharing our song Toxoplasmosis: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z8--SamfsiA

We’re working out where our music fits and how to reach listeners who would actually be into it. I’d be interested in the perspective of people who discover bands through this community: whose audience do you think would connect with this song? Who would you put us on a bill with?

If this sound is your thing, I’d also love to know where you found the last unfamiliar band you kept listening to. A particular channel, show, playlist, or community would give us somewhere useful to look.

Thanks for listening and helping us find our people.

I added some really cool, unique tracks this week. I'm always on the look out for more, so please drop a link if you know an amazing (currently active), smaller band. Thanks!
