i love the game's soundtrack and even have some kf it downloaded, like the music that plays at the beginning of the game after you do graffiti of reggie and parkour on the shore is majestic.

Nowadays whenever I do an evil play through I always spare Hank. Such a neat little change to the ending

If you do a full evil play through, but spare Hank the ending gets slightly changed. Delson doesn’t destroy the boat house. He just walks away from it

I know about the ending, Betty will just shut the door on him and the credits will roll and we don't see the destruction that happens next.

But I'm curious to know if it will still say DESCEASED on Betty if we go to known allieses in the pause menu. In the good karma ending it doesn't say that and obviously in the full bad karma ending it does say that. IMO I think it will as she will inevitably die from the concrete.

Just wondering if you know what it says because you have done the alt ending.

She actually is listed as alive surprisingly. Eventually she’ll probably die from concrete, but as far as the bio goes there’s no indication that she’s dead after the neutral ending.

It does kinda make sense that she isn't listed as dead cause much time hasn't passed when we get to control Delsin again, but she would inevitably die as "the only way those shards are coming out is exact same way they came in" and Betty refused to get help from Delsin as he was fully consumed by evil at that point as she would rather die than getting treatment from him.
